Motivation Selfie

Hello there!! This is my first post, so I thought I'd show up as authentic as possible, aka SWEATY lol!
This is my Motivation Selfie and it is one of the tools I use to keep myself accountable. I use many tools and methods to keep "Doin The Things" as I like to call them. These "Things" are the bio individual healthy habits that I put in place to help live a balanced life, Mind/Body/spirit.
Bio Individual just means that I use the tools and methods that work specifically for me. We all have our own individual ways of finding that healthy balance, there is no set way to "do the things".
Some of my "Things" are meditation, yoga, exercise, balanced nutrition, creativity/art, gardening and community, to name a few.
There is more to obtaining healthy balance than just your physical health, this is why building well rounded habits in all aspects of life is essential. I realized this after years of pushing myself to hard physically with diet/fitness, but all the while I was struggling mentally which put me off balance in all other aspects of my life.
As a fitness instructor/personal trainer I focused more on exercise and nutrition but at some point I realized that this wasn't enough for me, let alone my clients. So I dove deeper and became a IIN Health and Wellness Coach, this course, plus my fitness background have finally helped me piece it all together to find that balance.
Start Doin the Things, even if it's just a daily sweaty selfie. It could be the beginning of finding that balance and making yourself proud!
